Our limited release Lavender Honey was sourced from Lyonmark Estate in the sunny Hawkes Bay where a handful of our hives spent the summer.
Situated on their property is over 500 lavender plants that are made up of numerous varieties with the majority being the beautiful Grosso type.
Our lavender honey has a woody, floral – fresh fruit and warm taste, it is of medium intensity with a smooth buttery texture. We hope you enjoy.
